Job Requirements

1. Fluent in Mandarin, college degree or above. Over 5 years of working experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in training. Candidates with background in manufacturing or high-tech industries are preferred.

2. Capable of independently developing basic training courses and delivering lectures as an instructor.

3. Possess strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with employees from all backgrounds and positions.

4. Excellent writing skills and proficient in using PPT to design training courseware.
